Dr. Sebastian accepts many PPO Dental Health Insurance Provider and/or Union Dental Plans in both his Corona and Huntington Beach dentist offices. We do not accept HMO Plans.
For patients who have Dental Insurance, we assist you with your billing with no additional charge. We do electronic billing, expediting your Dental Insurance much faster than a manual claim.

We offer Care Credit Financing; a G.E. Corp. Care Credit is endorsed by the American Dental Association.
Care Credit has several plans allowing you to complete your necessary dental treatment. Most plans have 0.00% interest with a minimum monthly payment for 3, 6, 12 months options or extend payment plans up to 48 months.

The average Dental Insurance Company covers a specific percentage of your dental treatment plan. The following percentages may apply:
- Diagnostic and Preventive Dental Procedures are covered at 100%.
These procedures may include x-rays, examinations and routine teeth cleanings.
- Basic and Restorative Dental Procedures are covered at 80%.
These services may include white fillings (composites) and silver fillings (amalgams), bonding, root canal therapy, extractions and periodontics (gum disease and treatment)
- Major restorative Dental Procedures are covered at 50%.
These services may include dentures, removable prosthesis (partial dentures), fixed prosthesis (bridges), implant crowns, porcelain crowns, and porcelain veneers.
